The 2024 Technical Institute Session was a big success at the 2024 CARVC Conference and will be back for a pre-conference session in 2025! Ocean Lakes Family Campground Recreation Building features 17,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled space and will be the site of the Institute. Ocean Lakes RV Center will provide travel trailers for this instructional hands-on clinic. 

The 2025 Hands on Instruction will include: 

■ LP Tests, Leak Test, Flow Test, Lock-up Test, and Bubble Test
■ Electrical Boards with Worksheets
■ Multimeter Instruction
■ Voltage AC Operational Test
■ Converter Output Circuits
■ Receptacle, GFCI Polarity & Hot Skin Test
■ Battery Inspection Cables, Voltage, and Hydrometer
■ Safety Ground Conductor Test
■ Fresh Water System Inspection and Leak Test
■ Air Conditioning - Delta T
■ Furnace, Water Heater, and Refrigerator (both the DC compressor and absorption) sequence of operation
■ Range and Microwave operation
■ Expandable Rooms - Slide out adjustment & inspection seals inside, top, & bottom

Please note: This Technical Institute/RV Technical Basics session is separate from the Level 1 Tech Class presented by RV Women's Alliance scheduled for February 3-7, 2025. Please register separately for that training session if interested.
