What is the Spring Meeting? 

The CARVC Board of Directors meets on the selected day, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM and the CARVC Regional Meeting will follow from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  

All are welcome to come early & sit in on CARVC Board Meeting at any time! 

The Regional Meeting agenda typically includes: 

• Introduction of the CARVC Board of Directors
• CARVC Update by Executive Director Dee Witting 
• CARVC membership benefits updates
• Marketing opportunities/ directory, app, website 
• Q&A Session 

A Dutch Treat Dinner or other meal opportunity follows the day's events, along with a tour of the host park.
