Attention Trade Show Exhibitors
Fees for services and equipment are paid directly to the conference center or third-party suppliers and not with your conference registration. If a booth number is requested, please leave that field blank. We will assign booth numbers and report them to the service providers by their deadlines.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: A $75.00 administrative fee will be taken on any cancellation received by 5:00 PM 30 days prior to the conference (Friday, January 1, 2027). No refunds thereafter. All registration and sponsorship fees are non-refundable due to weather-related travel disruptions unless the conference itself is cancelled by CARVC. CARVC will make every effort to communicate updates in a timely manner through email blasts and official conference communication channels should any weather conditions impact the conference. If the hotel conference facilities are open and operational, the CARVC conference will take place as scheduled.
