Attention Trade Show Exhibitors

Fees for services and equipment are paid directly to the conference center or third-party suppliers and not with your conference registration. If a booth number is requested, please leave that field blank. We will assign booth numbers and report them to the service providers by their deadlines. 

For additional trade show services, links to forms listed below will be provided as we get closer to conference, and payment should be made to the noted providers (not CARVC):

ROOM BLOCK RESERVATION LINK. Room block rate of $133++/night, available through 1/7/27. After that the rate goes up by more that $100/night. 

Guests can also call Reservations at (800) 876 - 0010. Option 2 for the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Resort. They will need to identify themselves as attendees of Carolina Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds and use the following SRP code: RVP

Pricing

Attendees: 

  • Early Bird Rates: $299 first attendee, $279 each additional attendee. 
  • After Early Bird Deadline: $330 first attendee, $310 each additional attendee. 

Sponsors/Vendors: 

  • Trade Show Table: $325.
  • Sponsorship Opportunities starting at $350.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: A $75.00 administrative fee will be taken on any cancellation received by 5:00 PM 30 days prior to the conference (Friday, January 1, 2027). No refunds thereafter. All registration and sponsorship fees are non-refundable due to weather-related travel disruptions unless the conference itself is cancelled by CARVC. CARVC will make every effort to communicate updates in a timely manner through email blasts and official conference communication channels should any weather conditions impact the conference. If the hotel conference facilities are open and operational, the CARVC conference will take place as scheduled.
