KEYNOTE SPEAKER: KEN CORBIN, Entrepreneur. Ken has a long and successful career in the RV, manufactured housing, campground and real estate development industries. As president of his own company, there were more homes sold at Ken’s address than ANY other address ANYWHERE in the United States. That record still stands today. Today, Ken travels throughout North America speaking to RV, campground and manufactured housing communities, parks, retailers, and associations. He’s been featured on Fox Business, CNN and MSNBC in addition to being interviewed by The Wall Street Journal and The Financial Times of London. Ken’s management firm focuses on helping park and community owners Sell MORE Units, Fill MORE Spaces, Spend LESS and Maintain BETTER Margins.” He’s the author of 8 books on sales growth, personal and business management. Ken’s newest audio book, “Growing Your Business” is 10 hours in length.
NFPA 1194 TRAINING SESSION INSTRUCTOR: J. Alan (Al) Johnson. Al is the third generation in his family engaged in the Outdoor Hospitality industry in the Black Hills of South Dakota. His grandfather operated a “tourist camp” cabin group on the banks of Bear Butte Creek in Sturgis, SD. His father, Otto Johnson, developed the second private campground in the Black Hills and was a charter member and the first President of the South Dakota Campground Owner’s Association. Al retired in 2024 as the Executive Vice President of Recreational Adventures Co. (RAC), KOA’s largest franchisee, which has 16 campgrounds in thirteen states along with a reservation call center utilized by over a hundred KOAs. In addition, Al is President of Forest Recreation Management, Inc, which has the permit to operate Forest Service campgrounds and recreation areas in the Black Hills. He has been involved in the campground and tourism industry in many volunteer capacities. See his bio sheet
Craig Bourque, President & CEO, Carolina Drug & Alcohol Testing Services and Bravo Compliance. Craig is a nationally certified expert in drug and alcohol testing with over a decade of experience delivering engaging, educational, and compliance-driven presentations across the country. As a recognized authority in workplace safety and substance abuse prevention, Craig holds multiple certifications from the National Drug & Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA), including DER-T (Designated Employer Representative Trainer), C/TPA (Consortium/Third Party Administrator), and CPCT (Certified Professional Collector Trainer).
Throughout his career, Craig has presented to a wide range of audiences, including public organizations, nonprofit groups, private businesses, and national industry conferences. Jayne Cohen, Founder and CEO, Campground Consulting Group, LLC. Jayne has over 50 years of outdoor hospitality management, operations, marketing, development, acquisitions, and family business experience. CCGs collective knowledge and experience in park operations, expansion, development, marketing and operating family businesses assist clients in achieving their goals. Jayne speaks regularly at industry conferences and has been a member and devoted supporter of many campground associations. Jacob Hagofsky, Founder and CEO, 52 Unlimited. Jacob has spent over 15 years in the camping industry, working his way up from groundskeeping to campground management and serving as Executive Assistant with the Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA). In 2022, he launched 52 Unlimited, a marketing company focused on social media for campgrounds. In 2024, Jacob took the next step—becoming a campground owner himself in Pennsylvania.
Emeka Nnadi, Founder and CEO, The Nnadi Group. Prior to starting Nadi Group, Emeka
practiced architecture, urban design and landscape architecture in Nigeria, the United States, and Canada. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Enugu State University of Technology, Nigeria, and earned a master’s degree in landscape architecture and urban design from the University of Manitoba, Canada. Emeka specializes in innovative, large
scale mixed-use solutions, and is sensitive to urban development issues, affordable/attainable housing, and the intersect of technology, human habitat, and climate change. Under Emeka’s leadership, Nadi Group has delivered over 1,750 projects across North America, garnishing multiple national and international design awards and publications in the process. Emeka teaches postgraduate design, sits on several volunteer boards, and is an active mentor and thought leader. A TEDx speaker and ‘global citizen’, Emeka provides direction across the firm’s Detroit, Toronto and Winnipeg offices. When not working, he enjoys time with his family, enjoys exercise and the outdoors. He is also an avid tenor saxophone hobbyist.

Bobby Sorden, Chief Marketing Officer, App My Community. Bobby brings over 25 years of business experience to the outdoor hospitality industry. He launched his first company, Sensational Sounds Professional DJ Services, in 1999 a successful business now run by his son. Bobby holds a Doctorate in Administrative Leadership and spent 15 years as a marketing, business, and finance instructor, along with three years as an educational administrator. He has helped launch several successful startups and now focuses on growing App My Community, using his expertise in digital marketing and leadership to enhance guest and staff experiences in the outdoor hospitality industry.
Christine Taylor, Esq., Partner, Goldberg Segalla. Christine is a nationally recognized leader in providing outdoor hospitality legal counsel and defense to owners and operators of campgrounds, RV parks and glamping facilities. She has years of first-hand experience working in the outdoor hospitality industry, having grown up operating family-owned campgrounds where she handled all aspects of operations including guest services, facilities, recreation, and marketing. In addition to her legal practice, she is a nationally regarded columnist on matters of importance to outdoor hospitality operators and regularly speaks on best practices at various outdoor hospitality conferences. Christine is a partner in the Albany, New York office of Goldberg Segalla, a national civil litigation counsel and defense law firm with a focus in the Retail and Hospitality industries. Tyler Watts, Co-Owner, Broad River Campground. Tyler holds a Civil Engineering Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and built and co-owns Broad River Campground. He discovered real estate about 10 years ago and his group focused primarily on apartments. In 2020 Tyler decided to pitch the idea of building a luxury RV & Glamping resort and fast forward to July 2022, Tyler & his group took an 82 acre tract of raw hunting land and developed it into a resort destination!
