Tour includes five parks in the North Carolina Coast region.
May 11, 2026 — The Carolinas Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (CARVC) is excited to announce its 2026 Fall Crawl Tour, set to take place along the scenic North Carolina coast on September 15, 2026. This year’s tour will be hosted by New Bern KOA Holiday and will feature visits to several premier campgrounds in the region.
Participating campgrounds on the tour include 5 NC campgrounds: the host campground New Bern KOA Holiday (New Bern, NC) Dixon Landing RV Resort (Grantsboro, NC) Dogwood Family Campground (Newport, NC) Emerald Isle RV Resort (Emerald Isle, NC) and The Lakes RV & Cabin Resort (Maysville, NC).
The Fall Crawl Tour is open to all campground operators, managers and staff, as well as industry suppliers. The event provides attendees a unique opportunity to tour a variety of campgrounds, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights to enhance their own operations—no matter the size of their property.
Attendees will travel together via luxury motorcoach, enjoying a fully hosted experience that includes lunch, snacks, and valuable networking time. The event will kick off on the evening of Monday September 14th with a welcome reception and dinner, followed by a full day of campground tours and collaboration on Tuesday, September 15th.
“We are honored to host the 2026 Fall Crawl Tour,” said Dee Witting, Executive Director of Carolinas Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds. “Now in its third year, the Fall Crawl Tour will take us to the scenic North Carolina coast. This event provides campground owners and managers with a valuable opportunity to step away after a busy season, connect with industry peers, and gain firsthand insight into the strategies used by other campgrounds to achieve success. “
Registration for the Fall Crawl Tour is $129 per attendee, which includes luxury motorcoach transportation, guided campground tours, lunch, and snacks. Lodging is available by contacting New Bern KOA Holiday directly at (252) 638-2556; attendees should mention the 2026 CARVC Fall Crawl Tour for booking discounts.
Cabin availability is limited and expected to fill quickly. RV site rentals and nearby hotels are also available for attendees.
Industry suppliers are also encouraged to attend and participate as sponsors. A $210.00 sponsorship includes the opportunity to present a brief pitch during the Monday night welcome reception and Tuesday luncheon, sponsor branding on the Fall Crawl Tour Camping Carolinas Website Page, and a digital ad on the Fall Crawl Tour Camping Carolinas App! Sponsor with OR without attending!
