Join us on the Fall Crawl Tour as we visit three South Carolina campgrounds and one Georgia campground. 

This is your chance to gather valuable ideas and insights for enhancing your campground, no matter the size! Attendees hop on a chartered bus for an exclusive tour featuring four campgrounds, each offering unique amenities and experiences. Explore three locations in South Carolina and one in neighboring Georgia and take home inspiration to elevate your own campground. 

$125 per person. Fee includes Monday Night Welcome Reception and dinner, transportation in a luxury coach, 4 campground tours, snacks, Tuesday breakfast & lunch! ( Tuesday dinner for those staying over).

FALL CRAWL TOUR ITINERARY:

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2025

• Arrive at Savannah Lakes RV Resort (host site), 170 Savannah Lakes Dr., Hardeeville, SC 29927.
• 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Welcome Reception / Registration / Dinner / Trivia Fun.
  • Homemade chicken & dumplings, fresh rolls, salad, desserts, drinks.
  • Trivia hosted by Bobby Sorden, CMO for App My Community, featuring Q&A about event sponsors and the four campgrounds on the tour.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2025

• 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Registration / Breakfast / Walking TOUR of Savannah Lakes RV Resort.
  • 8:00 AM: Serving breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and juice.
  • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Walking Tour of Park.
• 9:30 AM: Board the Charter Bus.
• 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM: TOUR - Rivers End Campground & RV Park, Tybee Island, GA 
  • Tour includes coffee and snacks.
• 11:15 AM - 12:30 PM: Bus Ride and Discussion
  • Discussion lead by John Trask, Beaufort RV Resort, about his park in development.
• 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: LUNCH - Hilton Head National RV Resort, Bluffton, SC.
  • House smoked pulled pork, buns, mac-n-cheese, smoked green beans, coleslaw, potato salad, tea, water.
• 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: TOUR - Hilton Head National RV Resort, Bluffton, SC.
• 3:15 PM - 4:45 PM: TOUR - Point South KOA, Yemassee, SC.
  • Enjoy beer, wine and truffles during the tour.
• 5:15 PM: Charter bus returns to Savannah Lakes RV Resort, Hardeeville, SC.
  • Dinner for those staying overnight.

LODGING at Savannah Lakes RV Resort - COME EARLY/ STAY LATE!

Rates are 30% off, ranging from $90-107 plus taxes and fees. Units for rent: 1 BR- 1 Queen Bed/ 1 BR with loft- 2 Queen beds, 2 BR- 1 Full & 1 twin over full bunk. For reservations: contact the resort at 843-628-2006, extension 1 for reservations. Ask for the CARVC Fall Crawl group. A 50% deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. Reservations need to be made by Friday, August 15, 2025, to receive the discounted rate.
