Cancellation Policy: Cancellations in writing by 8/15/26 will receive a full refund (less a $25.00 administrative fee). No refunds thereafter without a medical certificate.Fall Crawl Tour registration fees are non-refundable due to weather-related travel disruptions unless the Fall Crawl Tour is cancelled by CARVC. (Refunds will be subject to administrative fees). CARVC will make every effort to communicate updates in a timely manner and through e-mail and official Fall Crawl communication channels should weather impact the event. Individual travel challenges due to weather conditions in a specific attendee’s home region do not constitute grounds for conference cancellation.
