Our Franklin, North Carolina resort is located in the Nantahala National Forest and is part of the Blue Ridge Mountains, nestled at the base of the Great Smoky Mountains. We offer a quiet relaxed atmosphere with access to our sparkling pool, exercise room, and many off-site amenities. Franklin is home to several museums, excellent restaurants, 

Our resort is located in Franklin,NC (Macon County).  in the Smoky Mountains of Western NC. The resort is the perfect location to enjoy not only our town but any direction you go in offers something exciting to see or do!  We are located about two-hours north of Atlanta, an hour south of Asheville, an hour and a half from Gatlinburg, and close to Cherokee. We have EZ access, big rig sites within a wooded setting with beautiful mountain range views and spectacular sunsets. We are proud to be named as one of the top 30 Resorts by NewMar and the only perfect rated Good Sam Resort in the Smoky Mountains for 5 years in a row! Our Good Sam’s rating is a stellar 10/10*/10. We are well-equipped for rallies, and many rally groups have visited us numerous times. Our clubhouse features two full kitchens, restroom facilities, wide-screen TV, WII entertainment system, rocking chair porch, and fabulous mountain views. We are excited about improvements to our park: our WiFi was upgraded  150 MG and we put in our own Cable TV plant offering 50 channels. This renovation allows visitors who are staying at our campsites or cabins to easily connect to cable and Wi-Fi. Our new WiFi speed is unheard of in this part of the mountains. We also built an off leash “Bark Park” for your fur babies to enjoy. These extra amenities are included in our campground prices.
