The 2025 CARVC Conference & Expo will be held at the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront at Kingston Plantation, Myrtle Beach SC February February 8-11, 2025. This is our 21st conference! You will not want to miss the education, networking, and some great fun taking place in an oceanfront setting. What to expect: 

• For early-bird arrivals, HANDS-ON Training Session by RV Technical Institute($) on Saturday and CPR Training ($) on Sunday. ($) indicates additional event fees, to be paid separately. 
• Daily Evening Reception from 5:30-7:00 PM that includes FREE drinks and light appetizers included in the room rate, for those staying at the Embassy Suites.
• Daily Breakfast Buffet included in the daily room rate for those staying at the Embassy Suites.
• Sunday Welcome Reception in an oceanfront setting with Entertainment.
• Great Speakers, Industry Leaders, and time spent engaging with your peers.

ALL GENDERS WELCOME TO ENROLL! Open to aspiring male and female RV Technicians.  Monday February 3 to Friday February 7, 2025: Level 1 Tech Class presented by RV Women's Alliance at Ocean Lakes Family Campground (near conference location). Daily sessions 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Lunch included.
