Register for the 2026 CARVC Brochure Distribution Program, a GREAT OPPORTUNITY and low-cost way to get your campground brochures into the hands of the camping public. 

This is great exposure without the huge expense. When you tally up the expense to host your own info booth at an RV show (booth, food, lodging, gas, staff expenses, etc.), the average cost is about $1,000-$2,000 PER SHOW. For ONLY $100.00 CARVC will distribute your brochures alongside the 2026 NC/SC Camping Carolinas Directory at TWO RV shows (a significant savings in comparison!):

• Charlotte RV Show, January 23-25, The Park Expo & Conference Center
• Raleigh RV Show, February 13-15, NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to spotlight your campground at the Camping Carolinas presentation at the NC RV Shows in Charlotte and Raleigh, and volunteer in the booth at both  shows! CARVC and NCRVDA now partner on a “Camping In The Carolinas” presentation at the NC RV Shows on all 3 days. Any member campground at the RV Show who is participating in the Brochure Distribution Program has the opportunity to speak and answer questions about their campground. In addition, as a volunteer you get to personally hand out your brochure to the RV show attendees. This means added "oomph" in getting your literature in the hands of potential campers to your campground, plus personally engaging with potential customers.

If you're not yet a CARVC campground member, now is a great time to join. 

Send enrollment forms to the CARVC Office via mail or email. Send brochures by January 9th to Broad River Campground. Details on the form and in your confirmation email if enrolling online.
