We are an RV Park and Tiny Home Community located on the shores of Lake Hartwell in Anderson, SC. This resort features both pull-through and standard sites, with tiny homes for rental/sale. Also included onsite: Lakeside restaurant with full service bar, beach, swimming, fishing, dock, dog park, dog wash station, laundry, upscale bathhouse. 

For decades this lake has been a hidden gem between Atlanta, Greenville, and Charlotte metros. Located directly in the middle of all of these metros will provide for your perfect vacation.

Clemson football games are 15 minutes by boat or 17 minutes by car. Yes, that is correct we said “boat”. Clemson University is situated on Lake Hartwell which allows for guests to go from our lakeside resort to the Clemson games by water.
